Gm Shaped Minor Scale

This minor scale shape is starting and finishing on the root note which makes the "Gm Shape" scale the most normal sounding minor scale. Unfortunatly it is associated with the G Minor Chord and this shape like the Cm Shape Chord is not a farmiliar one. Because of this it is a little harder to see the association between chord and scale as it would be with an Em or Am.
